A time to explore how we may work with group collaboration in ways that are new(ish) for Maleny. Governance-nongovernance options in the transition process, exploring questions such as;
How do we keep the characteristics of small groups of friends working together once groups become larger?
How do we dream, plan, decide, take action and incorporate feedback in our small and large groups that are as inclusive and effective as possible?
What is new that will help us to meet the challenges of an accelerated period of change in our communities?
