Slow Food Sunshine Coast Hinterland is very excited to facilitate this opportunity for you to give feedback to Safe Food and ask questions (outside of audit time!) about your Safety Management Plan. This is also a great opportunity for intending food producers to find out about the processes involved in food safety compliance.

Join food producers from throughout the Sunshine Coast Hinterland at this workshop with Kerry Bell from Safe Food Production Queensland. Kerry is the Manager - Strategic Evaluation and Assessment. After the group discussion, which will be facilitated by Julie Shelton, there will be time set aside for individual producers to have five minutes with Kerry, to talk with him about issues specific to their enterprise.

Please let your food producer friends know, especially those involved in (or intending to be involved in) producing food under the following food safety schemes: dairy & dairy products; eggs & egg products; meat & meat products; seafood products;
